Tattoo Booking & Process

 

Pricing

 

  • Tattoo sessions are $200 per hour unless otherwise stated.

  • Some flash designs or special events may have separate pricing.

  • Your estimate is based on the size, placement, style, and level of detail of your tattoo.

  • When you’re ready, simply fill out my booking request form for an estimate.

Booking Steps

 

Step 1 – Submit Your Request

Complete the booking form with your tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, and any reference photos that best represent your vision.

 

Step 2 – Review & Estimate

I’ll review your request and recommend the session length, provide an estimate, share provisional availability dates based off your availability and answer any questions before booking.

 

Step 3 – Reserve Your Appointment

A $220 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your tattoo. ($200 will go towards the booking plus a $20 non refundable application fee for sending the request)

 

Step 4 – Design Preparation

Once your appointment is booked, I begin designing your tattoo specifically for you. The best way to help me create something you’ll love is to provide multiple reference images that match the style and aesthetic you’re looking for.

 

Step 5 – Appointment Day

We’ll review your custom design together at your appointment. Any necessary adjustments to size, placement, or small design details will be made before we begin tattooing to ensure you’re completely happy with the final design.

Design Policy

 

Every tattoo I create is custom-designed specifically for each client.

 

Designs are NOT sent prior to your appointment. This policy is in place for several reasons:

 

  • It protects my original artwork.

  • It allows me to focus on designing rather than repeatedly sending revisions.

  • Design changes are much easier to make together in person while viewing the stencil on your body.

  • This is the standard process used by the vast majority of professional tattoo artists.

 

If you’d like to collaborate on the design before your appointment, the best thing you can do is provide several reference images rather than just one. This helps me better understand your preferred style and create something that feels true to your vision.

 

If you would like to review artwork before booking a tattoo appointment, I also offer one-hour design consultations for $200. During this consultation we can develop the artwork together before scheduling your tattoo. This is typically only on a case basis and most of the time consults are for larger sleeve works or full body pieces, but I do make exceptions if a consult is requested. Just keep in mind there will be an additional $200 charge for the hour review.

Deposit Policy

 

  • A $220 non-refundable deposit is required to book.

  • Your deposit is applied toward your tattoo session.

  • Deposits reserve your appointment time and compensate for the time spent designing your custom artwork.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up.

  • With adequate notice, your deposit may be transferred according to my rescheduling policy.

How to prepare for your tattoo appointment

 

After you book your tattoo session with me (Alicia V.), have sent over your idea/or concept and your ready to prepare for your Tatoo appointment, here are some basic things you can do (or avoid) so that you'll be ready the day and time your appointment is booked. 

 

Do:

 

-get plenty of rest the night before your appointment

-drink plenty of water 

-eat a well rounded meal the day of (and a few hour before) your appointment 

 

 

DO NOT: 

 

-try not to drink/take any alcohol or blood thinner over the counter medicine (Advil) a few days prior. These blood thinning agents will make you bleed more while you are getting tattooed, which will lead to more bruising, which will lead to making it more difficult for me to also tattoo you and then lead to a slower healing time for you. If you are taking any prescription blood thinning medication, also please inform me of this before your session. 

 

-do not show up to your tattoo session with numbing cream and or any other kind of numbing substance coated in the area of your tattoo. This creates a harder job for me while I am tattooing and will also risk the inability for the tattoo ink to saturate fully to the tattoos full potential. I will provide numbing cream that I use in the studio if you would like to request there will be a small additional charge.

Rescheduling

 

If for any reason you must reschedule your appointment you must do so in 72 hours or you will forfeit your deposit. If you reschedule more than 2 times, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

Cancellation 

 

If you cancel your tattoo appointment for any reason you will forfeit your deposit. 

 

Booking Time Policies 

 

you must show up 15 min prior to your appointment 

 

If more then 20 minutes late with no call no show you will forfeit your deposit
